Procrastination has very negative connotations. There is so much written about how to beat procrastination but in truth procrastinating can be incredibly useful. Procrastination is defined as – to delay without good reason. However we do have good reason to delay but often we can’t work out just what that reason is.
Procrastination is a built in warning mechanism.
